I'm Gia, an event producer and San Francisco native who knows the venues, the vendors, and exactly how long it takes to get from the Presidio to the Ferry Building on a Saturday afternoon in October.
I've spent more than a decade producing events where timing and guest experience matter, from Symphony galas and Exploratorium fundraisers to intimate weddings. When one missed cue affects 500 people, you learn to read a room, anticipate a problem, and keep everything moving without making it everyone else's problem.
My job is to know your event so thoroughly that you can stop managing it and actually enjoy it.
