    If you've booked your vendors, have a clear vision, and want to spend your wedding celebrating with the people you love instead of answering questions or managing logistics, it's probably a great fit.

  • Our work together begins as soon as you book.

    From the start, you'll receive a shared workspace where contracts, vendor information, floor plans, and planning details stay organized in one place. We'll schedule an early venue walkthrough, and I'll connect with key vendors whose plans help shape the flow of the day.

    Active Wedding Day Management begins around 90 days before your wedding. By then, I'm already familiar with your venue, your vendor team, and the plans you've made, so I'm not stepping in cold during the final stretch.

  • This is when I take the plans you've built and turn them into a complete production plan.

    I'll refine logistics, build your master timeline, coordinate directly with your vendor team, identify and resolve gaps, finalize responsibilities, lead your rehearsal, and make sure everyone is working from the same plan before wedding weekend arrives.

    We'll also have a final review together before the vendor timeline is distributed so you know exactly how the day is going to run.

  • Yes.

    Once active management begins, I become the primary point of contact for wedding-day logistics. I'll confirm timelines, answer vendor questions, coordinate responsibilities, and make sure everyone is working from the same run of show.

    Key vendors may be brought into the conversation earlier when their plans affect the structure of the day.

  • A wedding planner helps build the wedding from the beginning, often assisting with vendor sourcing, design, budget, and planning decisions.

    Wedding Day Management is for couples who've already done that work. You make the planning decisions; I learn the wedding you've built, turn those plans into an executable production plan, coordinate the people involved, and lead the final stretch and wedding day.

  • Wedding Day Management includes up to 10 hours of on-site management, plus up to one hour of ceremony rehearsal direction.

  • Wedding Day Management is designed for weddings that benefit from deeper, longer-lead involvement, including an early venue walkthrough, connection with key vendors, a 90-day active management period, full production planning, rehearsal direction, and wedding-day leadership.

    Party & Event Management is designed for more streamlined celebrations where the plan is largely built and the primary need is final logistics, vendor coordination, and professional event-day execution.

  • Yes. My team and I oversee vendor setup and handle light placement of personal details such as signage, guest books, favors, place cards, and other preassembled items you've prepared.

    Setup needs vary by wedding, so I'll consider your venue, layout, production requirements, and overall scope when building your event-day team.

    Weddings requiring significant table setting, décor installation, furniture setup, or other event labor may require additional staffing or professional installation support.

  • Every wedding is different, so I build your Four Fifteen team around the logistics of your day.

    For celebrations at one venue, that may mean dedicated Event Assistants handling setup while I oversee vendors, timing, and the overall flow. For weddings spanning multiple locations, an Assistant Event Manager may be at your reception venue while I'm with you at the ceremony, so both locations have Four Fifteen leadership when it matters.

    The right staffing is built into your custom proposal, so you won't need to determine how many team members your wedding requires.

  • Wedding Day Management begins at $3,500.

    Final investment reflects the logistics and production needs of your celebration, including venue or venues, guest count, setup requirements, event flow, duration, and overall complexity.

    Standard event support is already considered in your starting investment. If your wedding requires additional staffing or production support, that will be identified and included in your custom proposal.

  • Most couples reserve Wedding Day Management 6–12 months before their wedding, and earlier is always welcome.

    Booking in advance gives me time to become familiar with your venue, vendor team, and plans as they develop. Because I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season, availability may be limited for popular dates.

  • Absolutely. But it's important to know the difference: a venue coordinator represents the venue and its operations. I represent you and the plans you've made.

    I oversee your entire vendor team, manage your master timeline, and make sure every moving piece outside the venue's scope comes together seamlessly.

    Think of the venue coordinator as the manager of the stage, and me as the director of your show.

  • I've spent over 20 years in hospitality and more than a decade producing events, including work with the Exploratorium, Dress for Success, and the San Francisco Symphony.

    That experience taught me how to manage complex logistics, anticipate what's next, and keep vendors working from one shared plan. I bring that same production mindset to every Four Fifteen wedding, with a focus on thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and calm leadership when the day is in motion.
