Wedding Day Management.

For couples who have planned their wedding and are ready to hand it off.

Starting at $3,200

Your vendors are booked.
Your vision is set.
Now it's time to hand it off.

Wedding Day Management begins 90 days before your wedding and includes timeline creation, vendor coordination, rehearsal direction, and up to 10 hours of on-site management.

Why Handing It Off Works.

Before weddings, I spent more than a decade producing events throughout the Bay Area. That experience taught me how to manage logistics, anticipate what's next, and keep vendors working from the same plan.

My goal isn't to take over your day. It's to make sure you never have to think about what's happening behind it.

Wedding Day Management is for you if:

  • You've already booked your vendors

  • You have a clear vision for your wedding day

  • You don't need a planner. You need someone to run the show

  • You want to spend your wedding celebrating, not answering questions

  • You know your maid of honor shouldn't be managing logistics

The Run of Show Method.

  • 01. After You Book

From the moment you book, I'll create a shared workspace where we'll keep contracts, vendor information, floorplans, and everything related to your wedding in one place. Within the first month, we'll walk through your venue together so I can understand the space, your vision, and the logistics behind your day. As your plans come together, I'll stay familiar with the details behind the scenes so we're ready to hit the ground running when management officially begins.

  • 02. Kickoff Meeting

Ninety days before your wedding, we'll meet to walk through your day from start to finish. By then, I'll already have reviewed everything you've shared and walked your venue, so instead of spending our time collecting information, we'll focus on refining logistics, answering questions, and making sure every piece fits together.

  • 03. Vendor Coordination

With your timeline in place, I'll begin coordinating with your vendor team to confirm logistics, align timelines, and ensure everyone is working from the same plan. I'll keep the details moving behind the scenes so every vendor knows what to expect before your wedding day.

  • 04. Behind the Scenes

As your wedding approaches, communication naturally shifts to me. I'll manage vendor communication, confirm final logistics, and keep everything moving behind the scenes so you can focus on enjoying the final weeks before your wedding.

  • 05. Final Details

This is where preparation comes together. I finalize your production timeline, confirm every moving piece, and make sure your entire vendor team is working from one shared plan before the wedding weekend begins.

  • 06. Wedding Day

On your wedding day, I put that plan into motion. From vendor arrivals to your final sendoff, I oversee the timeline, direct the flow of the day, and manage every logistical detail so you never have to think about what's happening next.

Level of Support.

Wedding Day Management officially begins 90 days before your wedding, though most couples reserve their date well before then.

By the time management begins, I'll already be familiar with your venue, vendor team, priorities, and plans. My goal isn't to learn your wedding on the fly; it's to step in ready to lead.

That includes timeline creation, vendor coordination, ceremony rehearsal direction, and up to 10 hours of on-site management.

On-site support is included for weddings up to 200 guests. Depending on scope and complexity, additional support may need to be added. Travel throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area is included.

I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season so every couple receives thoughtful preparation, responsive communication, and calm leadership from start to finish.
