Some call this day-of or month-of coordination. I call it Wedding Day Management because I'm involved well before your wedding day, with active management beginning 90 days out.
I step into the plans you've already made, bring the logistics together, and take over the final stretch. From your production timeline and vendor coordination to rehearsal and wedding day execution, the goal is simple: you shouldn't have to run the wedding you planned.
Your venue coordinator, catering manager, photographer, DJ, and other vendors are each responsible for their piece of the wedding. My job is to understand how all of those pieces fit together.
I represent you and the plans you've made. I build the master timeline, coordinate across the vendor team, identify gaps before the wedding day, and keep the full event moving once guests arrive.
That distinction matters. Your venue team is responsible for the venue. Your photographer is responsible for the photographs. Your caterer is responsible for service. I'm responsible for keeping the larger picture connected.
My goal isn't to take over your wedding. It's to know it well enough that, once the day arrives, you don't have to manage it anymore.

01. After You Book
From the moment you book, I create a shared workspace where we’ll keep contracts, vendor information, floor plans, and planning details organized in one place. We’ll schedule an early venue walkthrough so I can understand the space, logistics, and flow while there’s still plenty of time to make thoughtful decisions.

02. Venue Walkthrough
Early in the process, we’ll walk the venue together so I can understand the space, how you plan to use it, and the logistics we’ll eventually need to account for. I’ll also connect with key vendors, particularly your photographer and DJ or band, whose plans often help shape the flow of the day.

03. Details Meeting
Around 90 days out, active management begins. We’ll walk through the wedding from start to finish, review everything you’ve planned, identify anything still outstanding, and talk through the details I’ll need to turn your plans into a complete production plan.

04. Production + Vendor Coordination
From there, I start putting the pieces together. I build your master timeline, coordinate final logistics with your vendor team, reconcile timing and responsibilities, and resolve gaps or conflicts before they have a chance to become wedding-day questions.

05. Final Review + Signoff
About three weeks before the wedding, we'll review your complete production plan together. We’ll walk through the day from first arrival to final sendoff, make any last adjustments, and sign off on the plan before I distribute the final timeline and logistics to your vendor team.

06. Wedding Day
This is where you stop thinking about logistics altogether. I lead your vendor team, manage the timeline, oversee the flow of the day, and handle whatever comes up behind the scenes. You’ve made the decisions. Everyone has the plan. Now I run the show.
The Right Team, Already Considered
You shouldn't have to figure out how many people it takes to run your wedding. That's my job.
Every wedding is different, so I build the event team around the logistics of yours. Venue layout, guest count, multiple locations, setup requirements, and the overall flow of the day all factor into the level of support I bring with me.
Standard event support is already built into Wedding Day Management. If your wedding requires additional staffing because of its size, complexity, or production needs, I'll identify that during the proposal process and include it in your custom scope.
On the wedding day, I remain your lead Event Manager and point person. My team works alongside me to handle the moving pieces behind the scenes so I can stay focused on the bigger picture: your timeline, your vendors, your guests, and you. By the time wedding weekend arrives, I already know the people, priorities, and logistics behind the day I'm there to manage.
I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season so every couple receives thoughtful preparation, responsive communication, and calm leadership from booking through wedding day.
Travel throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area is included.
