Party & Event Management is designed for more streamlined celebrations where the venue, vendors, and major decisions are already in place. I turn those plans into a clear run of show, coordinate the team, oversee setup, and manage the event from the first arrival through the final moment.

You're not checking the clock, answering vendor questions, or leaving a conversation because someone needs to know where something goes.
If something's off, I handle it. You likely won't know.

01. Your Run of Show
I take the plans you've already made and build the working timeline that keeps vendors, setup, key moments, and transitions moving in the right order.
02. Vendor Coordination
Before the event, I connect with your vendor team to confirm timing, access, responsibilities, and the logistics everyone needs to know.
03. Setup Oversight
I make sure the details you've planned land where they're supposed to and oversee setup within the agreed event scope.
04. Event Management
Once guests arrive, I manage timing, vendors, transitions, speeches, entertainment, and the flow of the celebration from one moment to the next.
05. Behind-the-Scenes Problem Solving
Questions and unexpected changes come to me, not you. I handle what needs handling so you can stay with your guests.
06. Closing the Event
At the end of the night, I coordinate final vendor responsibilities and make sure agreed-upon personal items and event details are accounted for.
Event Management includes setup oversight and light placement of personal details. Events requiring significant table setting, décor installation, furniture setup, or other event labor may require additional staffing or professional installation support.
