Whether it’s a wedding weekend event, milestone celebration, or intimate gathering, the logistics are handled so you can show up, have a drink, and actually enjoy the people you invited.

What This Looks Like.
The foundation is already in place: the venue, the guest list, the overall direction of the event.
What you don’t need is to spend the night answering vendor questions or checking what time things are happening.

Pricing is customized based on guest count, event flow, logistical complexity, and the level of support required leading into the event.
How The Day Runs.
Before the event, we walk through the timeline and confirm the details: venue layout, vendor timing, setup needs, and how the event should flow.
Day-of:
✦ Vendors and deliveries are managed so nothing falls on you
✦ Timing stays on track without needing your attention
✦ Setup is directed so everything lands where it should
✦ If something needs adjusting, it’s handled quietly
You get to have a drink, eat the food you ordered, and actually talk to your guests.
This service focuses on coordination, logistics, and event direction. If your event involves large-scale installation or significant physical setup, those elements are handled by your venue or rental team while I oversee execution and flow.
What To Expect.
The event runs the way it’s supposed to. The cake gets cut on time. Food comes out when it should. Your photographer isn’t standing around waiting.
If something’s off, I handle it. If your cousin shows up an hour early, I deal with it. If the cake arrives late, you likely won’t know.
For larger gatherings or more logistically involved events, additional on-site support is brought in as needed.
I’m based in the Bay Area. Events outside San Francisco and surrounding areas may require additional travel accommodations.
