Your venue, vendors, and overall plan are already in place. About 30 days out, I get familiar with the details, refine the run of show, and start connecting the pieces that need to come together on event day.

30 Days Out
Event details meeting. We walk through your event from start to finish, including the run of show you've created.
Two Weeks Out
Final logistics. I close logistical gaps and confirm timing, access, and responsibilities with your vendors.
Your Event Day
You host. I manage. I oversee the agreed-upon setup, vendors, timing, transitions, and behind-the-scenes questions for up to eight hours.
