From Booking to Wedding Day.
The planning stays yours. As the wedding gets closer, I become more involved so that by the time the day arrives, you’re no longer the person keeping everything on track.
When You Book
Shared workspace. One place for your wedding details, vendors, documents, and plans as they come together.
After Booking
Venue walkthrough. We walk the space together and talk through how your day will flow. I connect with key vendors, like your photographer and DJ or band.
90 Days Out
Details meeting. We walk through your wedding from start to finish. Active management begins, and I start turning everything you’ve planned into one production plan.
90-30 Days Out
Production & Vendor Coordination. I build your master timeline and get involved in final vendor meetings and conversations that affect how the day comes together.
30 Days Out
Final review. We review the complete plan together. Once you sign off, I send the final timeline to your vendor team so everyone is working from the same plan.
Your Wedding Day
You stop managing. You get married, celebrate, and stay present. My team and I handle the rest.

Before the wedding:

✦ Coordinate final logistics with your vendor team
✦ Lead your ceremony rehearsal for up to one hour.
On the Wedding Day:
✦ Manage your wedding for up to 10 hours
✦ Bring a Four Fifteen team built around your day
✦ Coordinate your vendors and venue, including cues and transitions
✦ Oversee agreed-upon setup and personal details
✦ Travel throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area
Significant décor installation, heavy setup or breakdown, or transportation of personal items may
require additional staffing.
Every wedding has different moving pieces. I build your team around your venue, guest count, setup needs, and event flow.
A setup assistant is included with every wedding. If your wedding needs more hands because of a larger guest count, multiple venues, or heavy setup, I’ll add team members and identify them in your proposal.

Wedding Day Management starts at $3,500, with final pricing based on your venue, guest count, setup needs, event flow, duration, and overall complexity.
I take on a limited number of weddings each season so I can stay closely involved in every one.
