Please park in the general parking lot. Once you arrive enter through the main gate and
wait in the entryway circle (see below).
Rehearsal:
What to Expect:
✦ Welcome:
We'll walk through the ceremony so everyone knows where to be, when to walk, and what to expect. You do not need to memorize anything. I'll be cueing everyone throughout.
✦ Processional:
We'll line everyone up in order and walk through entrances together.
✦ Ceremony Flow:
We'll cover where everyone stands, any special traditions or elements, and the moment-to-moment flow.
✦ Recessional:
We'll walk through the exit order and timing.
✦ Post-Ceremony:
We'll cover family photo flow and guest transition to cocktail hour.
The rehearsal is to familiarize everyone with the flow. Gia, from Four Fifteen Events, will be directing and cueing so no need to memorize anything.

Anyone arriving prior to guest arrival at 5:00 will need a wristband. Please contact either coordinator below upon arrival.
